From small-scale microbial research in the laboratory to our current large-scale production capacity of 3,000L - 4,000L of beneficial bacteria per day, BBA has always been committed to sustainable, non-polluting solutions for agriculture and aquaculture.

With over 35 years of experience, BBA (Beneficial Bacteria for Agri-Aquaculture) has successfully applied its expertise in agriculture, intensive prawn and fish farming, breeding, landscape water body and waste water treatment. Our impact extends across China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Australia, providing proven commercial success in diverse environments.

In November 2023, BBA launched its 100% Australian-made beneficial bacteria production in Sydney, using locally selected strains and raw materials. As bacteria form the foundation of entire ecosystems, we have developed and cultivated over 40 specialised strains for applications such as:

  • Water quality improvement
  • Wastewater treatment
  • Fertiliser efficiency enhancement
  • Feed additives for aquaculture and agriculture

Our products stand out in the market with a concentration at least 20 times stronger than conventional alternatives, ensuring the best possible results for our customers.
