Long, narrow lawn areas are difficult to water evenly with standard spray or arc nozzles.

The Hunter MP Rotator Side Strip nozzle applies water slowly and evenly across a defined rectangular area, helping reduce runoff and overspray.

This model throws water 1.5 metres wide and up to 9.1 metres long, distributing coverage evenly to both sides of the nozzle.

The Hunter MP Rotator Side Strip nozzle is designed for long, narrow rectangular areas where traditional spray patterns are inefficient.

  • Long lawn strips alongside driveways and paths
  • Narrow turf areas between buildings or boundaries

  • Replacing fixed strip spray nozzles with improved uniformity

What to check before you buy

  • Spray pattern: Side strip pattern. Water is projected evenly to both sides of the nozzle.
  • Coverage area: 1.5 m wide × 9.1 m long (4.6 m either side), manufacturer stated.
  • Thread type: Female thread to suit standard spray bodies.
  • Operating pressure: Best performance is achieved at 2.8 bar.
  • Zone consistency: Use only MP Rotators within the same precipitation family on a zone.

Important orientation note

Strip nozzles are directional. Confirm the nozzle is aligned correctly so the strip runs parallel with the area being watered.
