Hunter Pro-Spray PRS40 Spray Body with Check Valve – 150 mm

MP Rotators perform best when outlet pressure is controlled and consistent.

The Hunter Pro-Spray PRS40 spray body regulates pressure to 2.8 bar and includes a built-in check valve to reduce low head drainage.

This 150 mm model is commonly used where extra pop-up height is needed to clear turf, mulch, or groundcover.

What this is used for

The Hunter Pro-Spray PRS40 is a pressure-regulated spray body designed specifically for MP Rotator nozzles.

  • MP Rotator spray zones requiring regulated pressure
  • Lawns with thicker turf or higher finished ground levels
  • Landscaped areas with mulch or groundcover
  • Sloped sites where low heads drain after shut-off

What to check before you buy

  • Pressure regulation: PRS40 regulates outlet pressure to 2.8 bar, ideal for MP Rotators.
  • Check valve: Built-in check valve helps prevent low head drainage.
  • Pop-up height: 150 mm. Ensure this height suits your turf or landscape finish.
  • Nozzle compatibility: Designed for use with MP Rotator nozzles.
  • Inlet: ½" female BSP bottom inlet.

Important pressure note

Using MP Rotators without pressure regulation can result in misting, uneven coverage, and reduced efficiency. PRS40 spray bodies help maintain correct operating pressure at each head.
