The Emjay® Manifold System is a robust, versatile, and easy-to-use solution for building custom irrigation valve assemblies. Whether you’re installing 2 or 20 stations, this modular system allows for a flexible and leak-free setup using a secure clip-and-coupling mechanism — no tools required.

  • Quick Connect System: Fittings join via clips and couplings – no threading or sealants required
  • Pressure Rated: Tested to 16 Bar with 30,000+ cycles. Max operating pressure: 14 Bar (200 PSI)
  • Manual or Electric Valve Compatible: Suitable for use with solenoid valves or manual valves
  • Union or Male Thread Options: Choose union fittings for tool-free valve removal or male-threaded for standard BSP valves
  • Durable Construction: Precision-moulded and tested to withstand harsh environments

How It Works:

Each fitting (tee, elbow, cross) joins via two locking clips and a coupling. Inlet and end caps include built-in couplings. Union fittings feature a BSP/ACME nipple with O-rings to allow easy valve removal without disassembling the manifold. Male-threaded fittings allow direct attachment to female BSP valves using thread tape.

Mounting Options:

  • Underground: Designed to fit inside standard valve boxes
  • Wall Mount: Use wall-mount clips to space the system away from surfaces for easy valve access
