The enclosure of the controller is built using durable polycarbonate material and has an IP54 weatherproof rating, making it suitable for outdoor installations. To ensure the safety of the controller and connected devices, it features low voltage control and input circuitry. This protection mechanism safeguards against potential damage due to voltage fluctuations. The control and interface of the controller are user-friendly and intuitive. The indicator lights provide clear visibility of power status and valve openness. This makes it easy to monitor the controller's operation and ensure everything is functioning properly. The inputs of the controller include a 24Vac input for the float switch, allowing for accurate measurement of water levels. The outputs consist of a 24Vac output for the solenoid valve, ensuring precise control over water flow. When purchasing the controller, you also receive additional accessories. These include a 10 Amp 3 pin 1.5m power supply lead, a 25mm female/female 24Vac N/C solenoid valve, and a 9006 float switch with a 10m cable. These accessories enhance the functionality of the controller and make it ready for immediate use. The tank fill controller has the capability to shut off the valve automatically when the tank reaches its full level. This prevents any further water from entering the tank and safeguards against overflow. If the water level drops to a low level, the controller will open the valve, allowing water to replenish the tank. With a switching differential of minimum 25mm and maximum 1m, the controller ensures accurate and efficient control over the water levels in the tank. This allows for precise and reliable maintenance of water levels, eliminating the risk of overfilling or running dry. The FPC-12700 controller is specifically designed for single-phase power supply (230VAC), ensuring compatibility with standard electrical systems. Its functionality, reliability, and ease of use make it an excellent choice for any application that requires precise and efficient tank level control.
