The Bianco ICON nXt Series Pump Controller, branded as the BIA-NXTPRO, is a state-of-the-art pressurized pump control system. This pump controller has been designed and tested in Australia to ensure reliable operation in even the harshest of environments. By combining innovative technology with a robust and proven architecture, this pump controller guarantees a constant supply of pressurized water whenever and wherever it is needed most. The BIA-NXTPRO is ideal for use with pumps that supply clean, non-volatile liquids without fibers or solids. It is suitable for a variety of applications including household water supply, irrigation, water transfer, washing systems, and pressure boosting. This pump controller features a digital display that provides real-time information on the system pressure. It also includes anti-cycle protection to prevent unnecessary wear and tear on the pump. The BIA-NXTPRO has dry run protection with an auto restart function that tests for water availability every 24 hours. Additionally, it has an anti-seize function that activates if the pump has not operated for the last 24 hours. The controller will automatically restart the pump after a power failure. The BIA-NXTPRO is easy to assemble and remove using push-n-connect fittings with U clips. It complies with the AS/NZ 4020 drinking water standard and includes overpressure and overload protection features for added safety. This pump controller offers two operational modes – one with adjustable cut-in pressure and the other with adjustable cut-in and cut-out pressure, which requires a pressure tank. The BIA-NXTPRO is rated at 2.2Kw and has a rated voltage of 220-240V AC. It can handle a maximum of 16 amps and has a rated power of 2200w. It is also IP65 rated for protection against dust and water ingress. The union size is 1 inch, and the start and stop pressure are both adjustable. The maximum pressure it can handle is 10 bar (145 PSI). The maximum liquid temperature it can handle is 40°C. The BIA-NXTPRO comes with a plug and play cable to connect to the pump, and it requires a 10-amp power cable.
