If you require stock urgently, please send us an email with your list and we will provide an estimated arrival time.

 

3. If a product isn't stocked in your warehouse, how long does it usually take to be available for pickup?

If a product isn't in stock at our warehouse, it can take up to 3-5 working days to get the stock in, plus shipping time if we are delivering it to you.

 

4. Can you guarantee same-day pickup or collection for products not stocked in your warehouse?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer same-day pick-up or delivery for out-of-stock items.
